Verification and Completion of Balancing

Conduct a final rotor run to verify the balancing. If the vibration level has reduced to an acceptable standard, the process is complete. If further adjustments are necessary, the software will provide guidance on additional weight placement.

Prior to balancing, it’s advisable to check for significant static imbalance. For rotors with a horizontal axis, manually rotate the rotor by 90 degrees from its current position. This preliminary balancing can significantly reduce vibration levels during initial runs of a heavily imbalanced rotor.
